Marco Rossi
Ciao! I started traveling around Italy in 2017 and finally I moved here to live, because Italy is the epicenter of art, history and beauty. I will show you Italy from the most interesting sides, will share with you secrets and traditions of this country and will help make your trip unforgettable.
Siena is a city in Italy, one of the largest tourist centers in the country, the administrative center of the province of the same name.
Florence and Siena have been longtime rivals since the Middle Ages, and this rivalry has led to the greatest artistic achievements in both cities. This, of course, should please travelers who have the opportunity to view both pearls of world art almost “in one sitting.” Whether Siena is really more beautiful than Florence can only be determined by visiting it.

Paleo
Twice a year, on July 2 and August 16, paleo takes place in Piazza del Campo – horse racing on cobblestone pavements, in which 17 administrative districts of the city compete, solemn processions, the participants of which are dressed in colorful medieval costumes, noisy orchestras led by drummers with waving flags. These races have been held for at least 500 years, but they continue an earlier tradition and are a living part of the history of Siena.
Come in July or August to get to Paleo.

Shopping center located near the train station, which is just as easy to reach from the city center. On the ground floor there is a covered underground car park, open until late, with columns for charging electric vehicles. On the top floor there are many bars and restaurants open until midnight. There are many good shops on the other floors. There is also a large grocery supermarket.
Via di Città
Via di Città is the most elegant and solemn of the three streets, in ancient times it was called Via Galgaria due to the presence of shoemakers and leather makers, it leads to the top of one of the three hills on which Siena develops, the one that housed the settlement of the early medieval city. Here you will find many souvenirs shops, also clothes boutiques and more others.
Via Banchi di Sopra
This street in Siena is best known for being an ideal location for passeggiata, a slow evening stroll common among locals. Upscale stores and shops line the road and draw many tourists for relaxing evenings of window shopping. Things are centered around the large retail anchor, Upim. Keep an eye out also for some great pastries, like the panforte at Nannini. This street is located near the Piazza del Campo.
Via Pantaneto
Via Pantaneto is a charming street lined with chic shopping options in the Terzo di San Martino district. Although it is lesser known than Via Banchi di Sopra and Via de Città, it has a cozy charm that the others do not. The street winds past ancient palazzi, churches, alleyways, and many shops offering the best of Italian designer and local goods. Visitors will be especially enchanted with the Palazzo Sozzini-Malavolti, a 15th-century beauty, and the San Gregorio and San Giovanni de Battista della Staffa churches.
Mercato delle Merci
Viale XXV Aprile
To discover the true soul of the city, there is nothing better than a carefree visit to its weekly market: Siena boasts one of the largest in Tuscany, Mercato delle Merci, which winds with its endless variety of stalls around the majestic walls of the Medici fortress, on Viale XXV Aprile . The offer of products is so rich and varied that it is almost impossible not to find something to your liking.
Friday weekly market
Piazza Antonio Gramsci
Every Friday from 7 am to 1 pm there is a small market near Piazza Gramsci. Farmers from Siena's countryside come to sell their produce. You can find bread (including rye), olive oil, fruits, vegetables, cheese and other local products. The market is small, but the products are of high quality and fresh.
Wednesday weekly market
Every Wednesday from about 7 am to 1 pm there is a weekly market near Piazza Gramsci - from there you will see the beginning of the stalls. The market offers mainly clothes and shoes, but also bags, jewelry, household utensils and some food stalls. Although the offer is not of the highest quality, the prices are affordable and you can find good deals.
Antique Market
Piazza Mercato
An interesting antique market, held in Piazza del Mercato every third Sunday of the month, offers a rich offer of antiques, costume jewelry and local handicrafts. In a word, the ideal place to find a unique gift for relatives and friends.
Siena is a fairly safe city. The only thing is that you should be careful in the area of the station, because as in all cities at the stations you can meet suspicious people, scammers and pickpockets.

We decided to fly and opened up to Crystalina 10 days before the flight. Crystalina found out exactly what we wanted and built us an incredibly accurate trip. She found accommodations that just suited us, and attractions that just suited us. And in the process we had one problem, Crystalina immediately mobilized, made phone calls and solved the problem for us from the country. For everything we received an exact link and a map, including opening hours. Thanks to Crystalina, we had a calm and flowing trip. Thank you so much, Crystalina!
Sophia Martin
Our trip to the Dolomites was an absolute success thanks to Crystalina's expert planning. We were taken to the most stunning places with precise navigation and a seamless itinerary. Crystalina even went above and beyond to help us when we encountered an urgent issue with a COVID test during our travels. Their quick assistance was truly a lifesaver. I highly recommend Crystalina's services to anyone planning a trip to Northern Italy. We look forward to working with them again on our next visit to the region.
Michael Turner

Crystalina built a detailed and precise ten-day itinerary for us to the Dolomites. We requested trails in nature suitable for those who are comfortable with walking. The itinerary included everything we could want, such as links to parking points, maps, itinerary descriptions, and photos. The time planning was excellent, with a full schedule that wasn't too busy. Overall, we were very satisfied with Crystalina's planning and highly recommend their services.

The smartest thing I did on our family trip was to choose Crystalina to plan our itinerary. We traveled as a large family of 8 people with children of different ages and interests, and the itinerary she planned was great. Crystalina provided us with recommendations for a house rental that was suitable in size and quality, and was always available to answer any questions before and during our trip.
Samuel Cooper
Crystalina built us an amazing plan according to our needs in less than a day. Everything was accurate and very simple. The document we received accompanied us the entire trip and included itinerary on maps at the click of a button, restaurant recommendations, stories, and recommended places to stay. My wife and I spontaneously found free time to fly to Italy, but due to too much spontaneity, we didn't have time to plan. Thanks to Crystalina, we had a great trip without any stress. It was a great value for a very cheap price!
Lucas Wilson
I must add that after last year's successful trip, we returned to the same area in Italy (Dolomites) this year and once again sought Crystalina's expertise to build our itinerary. She did not disappoint! The itinerary was customized to our preferences and included points of interest and food recommendations that made our trip even more exciting. We were thrilled with the experience!

We recently honeymooned in Italy for 11 days in January 2022, and Crystalina put together an amazing itinerary for us based on the questionnaire we filled out. She provided several options for each attraction, a variety of restaurant choices, and even included some hidden gems for breathtaking views. The daily plan was incredibly easy to follow with links to each location on Google Maps and Wise.
Emma Smith
Crystalina built me a tailored itinerary for a trip to Rome, Venice, Dolomites, and Garda that was perfect for me and my 14-year-old teenager. He sent me a pdf booklet with explanations and links to everything, which was very easy to use. Crystalina was also available for questions on WhatsApp, which was very helpful. I'm very pleased that I turned to him because I didn't have time to build an itinerary on my own. It would have taken hours and days to do research and choose the best options, and even if I had time, it wouldn't have been my kind of fun. Thanks, Crystalina!
Isabella Scott
Crystalina built us an 11-day trip in the Garda, Venice, and Tuscany region, gave us great tips, organized itineraries for each day and region, and was always available for questions and advice. Highly recommended! Thank you very much, Crystalina.
Grace Hall
Crystalina built us a rich program according to our needs and requests. Even if we didn't always follow the plan exactly, it gave us great material to work with on plan changes and new combinations. The plan included a detailed description of how to get there, including a link to Google Maps and an exact address, which were very helpful in getting to the right place when we didn't know anything, and of course also important tips from someone with experience. We also received an update to the program after there was an unexpected change in the plans, and answers to various questions we had during the planning for the trip. Thank you very much, Crystalina!
Daniel White
Crystalina planned an amazing two-week trip for us from the northwest of Italy (Cinque Terre region) to the Amalfi Gulf. The planning was extremely professional and detailed, down to the last detail, and Crystalina was always available to us throughout the trip. We came back very satisfied and with thousands of beautiful photos and unforgettable experiences. We highly recommend Crystalina's travel planning services.
Christopher Hernandez
Crystalina is very attentive, knowledgeable and gives you an answer for everything. She is very flexible and provides excellent value. We were there for 4 days and thanks to Crystalina's preparation, we felt like we were there for 2 weeks. Highly recommended!
David Reyes
We took a 10-day trip to northwest Italy and contacted Crystalina to plan our itinerary. She was able to tailor the itinerary according to our preferences and even made changes as we requested. The itinerary was very detailed with photos, roads, and explanations, showing her professionalism and attention to detail. We relied heavily on the itinerary that Crystalina prepared for us, and although we didn't follow it exactly, her advice and recommendations were very helpful throughout the trip. She also provided suggestions for accommodations and various tips. Crystalina was very kind and accommodating, and we highly recommend her services.
Harper Smith
On the recommendation of a friend, we hired Crystalina's services to build an itinerary in Rome and Tuscany. Since I have never hired the services of a consultant to build an itinerary, I was initially skeptical about the very idea, but I quickly realized that she was a professional and we relied fully on her recommendations. Crystalina's recommendations were excellent, and hit exactly to our liking, both regarding the recommended travel sites and regarding the wonderful restaurants she recommended (it goes without saying). Thanks to her, we prepared and made suitable reservations long in advance, we knew how to conduct ourselves every day during the trip, we used the links she sent (up to the level of the parking lot!) and we are grateful that Crystalina, who is also a pleasant and available person, saved us a lot of time and effort and simply made sure that our trip was perfect. Thank you very much Crystalina :)
Ethan Taylor
We love exploring different areas of Italy each time we travel, and this time we chose the Dolomites. Crystalina created a detailed and personalized itinerary for us, highlighting the special points of interest that we love. The precise addresses he provided for using Viz or Google Maps were excellent and made navigation very easy. We were able to find the most convenient parking spots, central locations for lake views, and cable car access points without any trouble. It felt like he was virtually traveling with us and was readily available for any questions or clarifications. We highly recommend Crystalina services and look forward to using them again in the future
Avery Flores
Crystalina prepared a simple and perfect trip for us, exactly according to our needs. We spent Sunday seeing special things in Milan and went shopping on Monday. She sent us to really worthwhile places! Then we went to Lake Como, with crazy views and lots of special observations. Every day we thought it was the most special it could be, and we were surprised to find out the next day that there was more! It was a fun and relaxed trip. We felt in good hands, and everything was accurate, including addresses from place to place, prices, and if we had a question, she immediately answered. In short, there are no words to describe it! I highly recommend Crystalina for anyone looking for a perfect trip without any headaches.
Chloe Collins
We purchased a travel itinerary for Tuscany from Crystalina, and it exceeded our expectations. The itinerary was well-planned and accurate, allowing us to have the perfect trip we envisioned. Additionally, Crystalina provided us with an excellent quote for car rental, and we were able to rent a car from Sixt at a much cheaper price compared to other competitors, saving us approximately $200. Highly recommended.

I came across Crystalina's services by chance and with very little time before my flight. Despite the short notice, she was willing to help me build an itinerary for my trip. I was traveling with another family and we had small children with us. Crystalina provided us with a detailed itinerary, complete with pictures, descriptions, and links. We were able to follow it almost entirely and had a wonderful time. She was also available to answer any questions we had, even those not directly related to the itinerary. Overall, we had a great experience with Crystalina's services and highly recommend her to others looking for help with their travel plans.
