After the festival, I decided to stay for another month, hitchhiking from Ontario to Quebec. Returning to Europe, I couldn't think about anything other than Canada. After six months, I quit my job, gathered my savings and returned, this time with a work visa. I started with a simple job as a guide for European tourists in Vancouver, gradually exploring the country far and wide. Today, after 16 years of living between two continents, I am considered one of the leading experts on Canada.
