We paid in advance for a customized travel itinerary from Anna. While the initial itinerary was well thought out and included some great suggestions, we didn't feel as though we received much support during the actual trip. Although Anna did send us recommendations for accommodations and some changes to the itinerary, it didn't completely meet our needs. While the service was friendly, in the future we may choose to plan our travels on our own.
