The Palace of Versailles is located approximately 20 km west of Paris. It is about 40 minutes from central Paris by train (RER C line). Various bus services and guided tours are also available.

Palace: 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (last admission at 6:00 p.m.)

Gardens:

• April – October: 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
• November – March: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Closed on Mondays
