Somewhere back in 2010, I created a small blog about our trip to Italy. Over time, the blog grew, people started reaching out and asking for help – with car rentals, choosing hotels, and later also with building travel itineraries. What began as a hobby gradually turned into a profession, and from that came our vision – to change the world of travel.

We believe that every traveler should go on vacation with a personal, precise, and pre-planned itinerary – one that saves hours of searching and allows you to enjoy the trip without thinking, “What do we do now?”

At the same time, it’s important for us to maintain full flexibility – every itinerary is tailored exactly to what the traveler loves, and we accompany our clients every step of the way, even during the trip itself.

Over time, another dream was born – to become the largest and leading company in the world in creating personalized travel itineraries.

Not only in Italy, not only in popular destinations – but anywhere in the world. To make this possible, we expanded our team with professional itinerary planners. Each one is a true expert in their destination – someone who lived there, knows every street, viewpoint, café, and hidden corner.

By 2026, our team will include seven itinerary planners, so that whichever destination you choose and whatever “connection” you feel to that country – you will have someone who knows it deeply, personally, and without compromise.

But more than anything, from all the experience and growth, we have learned what matters most: to listen to the client.

Because only the client truly knows what they are looking for, and only this allows us to craft the perfect itinerary tailored exactly to them – whether it’s a dream photo spot in the Dolomites, a nature walk suitable for children, or an itinerary for someone who prefers relaxed trips (such as travelers aged 70+), or a family that loves packing many activities into each day.

Our goal is to take your dream and turn it into an accurate, comfortable, and exciting itinerary – with attention to every last detail.

   We believe in speaking honestly with our clients. If something is not recommended (for example: a route that is too packed) – we will prefer to say it upfront. We do not recommend attractions just because they are popular.We prefer to tell the truth, even if it means trying a different direction – because we are certain that the result will be better, not just prettier in theory.
2. Building Every Itinerary as If It Were for Our Own Family
   Whether it’s a family trip, a couple’s vacation, or a group of friends – we always plan the itinerary as if it were for our own parents. We never recommend something we wouldn’t choose ourselves – nor do we suggest anything that is irrelevant for a client.
3. Complete Responsibility for Every Detail
   If a client contacts us during the trip with a problem or a difficulty finding a place or understanding something – we take full responsibility, just as if we were there with them. We help with every detail, from navigation and parking to each tiny recommendation.
4. Thinking Like the Client – Including Their Budget
   We always look for the most cost-effective solutions to give the client the best value for their money. We do not choose the most expensive options, but the ones that truly create the best travel experience.
5. Humanity in a World of Automation
   The world is moving toward automation and data – but we choose personal connection. We prefer to listen, understand, ask questions, and adapt. For us, every traveler is a person with needs, dreams, and emotions – not a number in a system.

In a fast-moving and dynamic world, where everything can change in a moment – we are here so that our travelers will always feel they have someone by their side. From the very first message until the end of the trip, we respond quickly and truly care. If a traveler needs to change the itinerary, delete or add something – we are there with them, building together the plan that “feels right.”

If they receive recommendations for places they don’t enjoy or feel uncertain about – we help understand what truly suits them. If something goes wrong or unexpected issues arise – we take full responsibility. Even during the days of the coronavirus, when our clients needed us more than ever in 2019–2020, we worked hard to postpone every booking.

And when the world reopened in 2021–2025, we made sure that the new itinerary would be created without any additional cost – simply because that’s what we believe is fair.

For us, service is not a product, but a human relationship – at every stage, at every moment. We always believe that travelers should not feel alone – because at every step, we are always by your side.
