אחד המוקדים המרהיבים ביותר באקווריום הוא אזור המדוזות החדש, שנפתח ב-2020. התצוגה כוללת מגוון רחב של מדוזות בתאורה מיוחדת ומוזיקת רקע, שיוצרות חוויה אור-קולית ייחודית. התצוגה מעוצבת ב-360 מעלות ומאפשרת צפייה מרהיבה במדוזות מכל הכיוונים.
