The gelateria is located in Via della Sapienza, 47, 53100 Siena, Italy, in a central location within easy walking distance of many popular tourist attractions. From Piazza del Campo, it is about a 10-minute walk. If you are coming from Siena Central Station, it is about a 25-minute walk, or you can take line 10 to get off nearby.

If you are coming by car, park at Il Campo parking near the city center and enjoy a pleasant walk to the gelateria.

Open Monday through Sunday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. (Until 11:00 PM during the summer)
