From Piazza del Campo, it is about a 10-minute walk. If you are coming from Siena Central Station, it is about a 25-minute walk, or you can take line 10 to get off nearby.
If you are coming by car, park at Il Campo parking near the city center and enjoy a pleasant walk to the gelateria.
