These “stone men” are thought to have been formed naturally over thousands of years through the erosion of the surrounding rocks.The Stoanerne Mandln are located at an elevation of 2,000 meters above sea level and offer a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

They are a popular destination for hikers and nature enthusiasts, as well as for those interested in the unique geological history of the area. The stones are easily accessible via a hiking trail that begins in the village of Sarentino and takes approximately two hours to complete round-trip.
