The Torture Museum boasts a diverse collection of over 100 exhibits depicting the tools and techniques of medieval torture. Visitors will see the following:

  Each exhibit has a detailed description of its use and historical context. The “Iron Maiden,” the “Brick Bull,” the “Breaking Ring,” etc. Each implement tells the story of atrocities inflicted during different historical periods, especially the Middle Ages.

   To get the most out of your visit to the Torture Museum, we recommend that you visit on a weekday when it is less crowded. This way, you can visit the exhibits at your leisure without being rushed.
