The Tour Philippe le Bel is a medieval tower located in the city of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, in southern France. It was built in the early 14th century by Philip IV of France, also known as “Philippe le Bel”, hence the name of the tower.

The tower is 34 meters high and was built as part of the fortifications of the city. It served as a prison for a period of time during the French Revolution, and later as a military telegraph station.
